- No refund after 14 days from enrollment or after attending more than 25% of scheduled classes

All course materials, including but not limited to:

- Written materials and textbooks
- Audio files and pronunciation guides
- Interactive exercises and assessments
Are the exclusive property of Alfakoolitus OÜ and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 Usage Rights
Students are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use course materials solely for personal educational purposes during their enrollment period.
7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Technology Requirements
Students must have:

We are not responsible for technical issues on the student's end that prevent participation in classes.
9. Cancellation and Suspension

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:
